- Develop assessments including assessment rubrics, prepare course materials and update the LMS, moderate assessments, manage student queries and concerns, and finalise results.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders (students) in Asia and develop relevant research and lecture material that pertains not only to local Australian contexts, but to international contexts such as Europe and Asia, particularly China.
- Regularly organises industry guest lecturers, including from various arts festivals and the Arts Centre, improving student engagement and industry connections.
- Mentored students, helping five to obtain jobs or internships in the arts industry

- Created and produced three shows HILDEGARD/KNEF, KAPITALISM IS YOUR FIRNED! and Isle of Doom (in development), from idea generation, research, writing and creating to production both locally and internationally.
- Created, wrote, produced and performed HILDEGARD/KNEF internationally and in Australia – reading at Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, 2013, development at Metro Arts Theatre Brisbane Australia (2014), a 2-week season programmed at Darebin Speakeasy, Northcote Townhall Melbourne, (2015), and a season programmed at the Indy Fringe Festival, USA (2019). A UK and German tour of the show was cancelled in 2020 due to CO-VID 19 but is currently being rescheduled for 2023.
- Presented at the Political Past Conference (International Federation of Theatre Research, Sweden in 2016 on Performing the Political Past Transnationally: The Reception of HILDEGARD/KNEF in Australia.
- Created and performed The Wart on my Breast (Brustwarze) at Aeso Studio Melbourne as part of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2017.
- Currently in development for Isle of Doom, a show written and co-created with five 13-year-olds about loss, the climate crisis and utopias - development at Northcote Town Hall, Darebin Arts, 2020.
- Invited as an International Guest of the state government of Nord-Rhein Westphalia, Germany (Goethe Institute funded) to attend Favouriten Theatre Festival to provide constructive dramaturgical feedback, form alliances and collaborations with government/companies/individuals.
