As we re-emerge into a post pandemic world, how do we learn to connect with each other instead of our screens? Was it all a nightmare? How do we move forward? Through a series of conversations, poetry, storytelling and instructions, audiences will complete a set of activities and engage with a number of stimuli over a period of 24 hrs. The last hour will culminate in a live performance, an ‘awakening’ at The Motely Bauhaus. This gentle work explores the human condition and elements of isolation, connection, loss and hope. While you were sleepwalking intends to help audiences re-connect with their surroundings and reconnect with our collective hope for an intimate awakening.
